Navigating Transition and Embracing Change: Insights for 5784 and 5785

From Where Are to Where We Need to Be

When plotting out a route we need to know two things. 1-Where we coming from and 2 -where we are going. What is our starting point? What is the destination? Once we know these two things we can begin to plan for the journey. Unfortunately, many of us don’t know the answer to one of both of these questions.

Dalet is all about transition

In this dalet year [5784] we have been and will continue to transition. At the same time, we are being set on a new course. That means we don’t necessarily have the whole picture yet. Navigating transition can sometimes be a bit tricky.

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. Romans 8:28

The changes that we are experiencing this year have been necessary adjustments. They are working together to create a new foundation for going forward. At times we may have thought we were losing our minds, our footing and our grip on reality. All these challenges are causing us to change direction. Even when we know a change is coming it doesn’t necessarily mean that navigating the stressors along the way are easy.

Coping with change

Pacing ourselves, by creating a self-care strategy is helpful to manage stress. Take time to relax and refuel. It’s not time to push. It’s time to breathe. Just like birthing, there are two distinct stages. The first is labor. The second is delivery. During 5784, we are in labor, so to speak. During labor you have no choice but deal with the pain and discomfort knowing there is a goal ahead.

Many are experiencing the labor pains of birthing something new. During labor you don’t push, you focus, you pant and you rely on your support system to help you through the pain.

Transitioning to Delivery is Coming

Then just when you can’t take it anymore something amazing happens. You are fully dilated and now it’s time to push. When the door (dalet) has fully opened, the new thing can come forth. It’s coming.

“Listen carefully, I am about to do a new thing, Now it will spring forth;” Isaiah 43:19a

This Hebraic year 5784 is associated with the door of transition. It’s a process. The unfolding process will bring forth the new thing.

Healing and restoration is a part of the evolving progression. Some people have been looking for a quick resolve. There are no quick fixes for this. There has been a bigger plan at work. You can’t hold back a birth when the time is ready.

God’s plan isn’t limited to healing. His plan is to set us on a whole new course, in an entirely new direction. This can only be accomplished as obstacles and blockages have been successfully removed. The dalet year has been a process that has included clearing the way. That process is going to continue as we finish out this Hebraic year.

Hei Hei Hei

Hebrew Year 5785 begins at sundown on Wednesday, 2 October 2024. The Hebrew letter Hei is the number 5. Hei represents the breath of God. Together with the Peh, (80 for the decade), 5785 will prove to be a year of being blown upon by the breath from the mouth of God.

Christ’s ekklesia is birthing what’s next.

The Hebrew letter hei is the fifth letter in the Hebrew alphabet and is associated with birthing. It is constructed by combining the letter dalet and an inverted yud.

The new apostolic company will be birthing throughout 5785. This isn’t limited to seeing new converts. Apostles don’t birth converts. They birth disciples.

Apostles don’t limit the message to a gospel of salvation. They announce the establishment of the kingdom of God.

The Law and the Prophets were proclaimed until John. Since that time, the gospel of the kingdom of God is being preached, and everyone is forcing his way into it. – Luke 16:16 BSB

Equipping on a New Foundation

By the time we get to 5785, it will be imperative that we are receiving a fresh understanding of equipping ministry (Eph. 4:11) and securely establishing the body of Christ on the new foundation.

In order for the ekklesia in the U.S to properly equip the influx of new disciples we will need to get up to speed on what that means. This is what all the shifting and changing and developing of new mindsets has been all about.

We will make the 5784 transition. God is equipping us for what is coming in 5785

“Moses my servant is dead. Therefore, the time has come for you to lead these people, the Israelites, across the Jordan River into the land I am giving them. – Joshua 1:2 NLT

A New Dimension, A New Foundation and A New Dispensation of Grace

The days of Billy Graham are over. I don’t say that with any disrespect to the late Dr. Graham. I say this is with the greatest of honor and appreciation to him for his running the race and carrying the responsibility of heaven with such integrity. But just as God said to Joshua, “Moses, My servant is dead,” it is time to cross into a new experience.

This is not the Moses Generation. It is not the Billy Graham generation. The ekklesia is crossing into a new dimension of God’s grace and provision. Just as the children of Israel had to change their mindset from living in the wilderness to taking up the sword and entering the land of promise, the ekklesia will have to make the necessary changes in order to take the land God has put before us.

This isn’t just about the restoration of apostolic ministry. It is about the advancement of the kingdom of God in the earth. We must have the fresh insurgence of apostolic leaders in order to go to the next level of empowered kingdom advancement.

America’s Mantle

The United States absolutely has a mantle and calling from God to be a light to the nations. We, as a nation, have a mandate of heaven upon us to go forth from our shores with the gospel of the kingdom. But, we need to get our act together first.

I’m not talking about social reform. That may very well happen. But kingdom advancement isn’t restricted to social reform. Our nation will be only be transformed as the kingdom of God expands and increases in both authority and dominion.

Transformation will be the fruit of the expansion. However, transformation is not the goal. It’s the process of transformation that will cause us to achieve heaven’s mandate. The ultimate goal is to establish the kingdom of God in the earth.

Another Awakening is Coming

I believe by the time we get to 5785 we will see evidence of the kingdom in ways no generation prior has experienced to date.

There are those who have been prophesying that another Great Awakening will sweep the United States. I believe we will see something greater than expected. Making the necessary shifts now are necessary to this to come into full swing.

In 5785 we will see the breath of God blowing on the work to cause an acceleration to increase and expand.

Fresh Revelation

Hei represents the breath of God and revelation. 5785 is a year when God’s breath will intensify. The decade of the peh is associated with the mouth and the blowing of breath. Hei is specifically associated with the breath of God.

Peh Hei is where we will see things come to critical mass. Peh can represent breathing or blowing and it can also be an aperture or an entrance. An opening allows things to go in and go out. 

During this current year, 5784 peh dalet, it has been a year of transitioning as the way increasingly opens. It’s as if the airways that have been constricted are progressively opening so that the full blast can blow in 5785.

5785 is when things will start going completely off the charts. Breath upon breath, revelation upon revelation. For those who have been running to God, they will advance with grace upon grace. For those who are still running away, you may feel the breath of God on the back of your neck.

Across the U.S.

In the Spirit, I am seeing the wind blowing on the U.S. flag. It’s a picture of the breath of God sweeping across the county. Whatever is resident within His breath we can expect change as a result.

In the west, people will respect the name of the LORD; in the east, they will glorify him. For he will come like a raging flood tide driven by the breath of the LORD. Isaiah 59:19
