From the Hebrew months of Tevet thru Shevat

Things are going to be shifting and changing. Expect transition beginning with the release of insight in the month of Kislev, as the process proceeds thru Tevet, continuing as wheels are set in motion for a change of direction in Sh’vat 5784 (mid January 2024)

In 2019, I had an experienced in which the Lord showed me the current Hebraic century, the 5700’s. What I did not know then was that it was just one piece to a puzzle. The understanding the Lord has been imparting recently is that this fits with other such puzzle pieces that fit into a bigger picture. This began in the early 2000’s. Over the past few weeks, I have been getting further insight and understanding. I am now seeing something that is putting these pieces into place. Some of the pieces have not come into place as yet. Nevertheless, I am compelled to share the most recent piece because of the timing.

Last month, in November, I did a podcast for Beyond the Dalet in which I discussed something coming that I was seeing in the Spirit. Over this past month the vision has become more defined. I thought it would be appropriate to share here, with my 5700 and Beyond friends.

We are currently in the Hebrew year 5784. The number four is identified by the Hebrew letter dalet. Having a website named Beyond the Dalet, you would maybe expect me to have been writing quite a bit about the dalet, since this year began in September. I haven’t. That is, because until recently, I haven’t really been getting anything that I would say applied specifically to the dalet.

So, let’s take a minute to talk about the dalet.

Each letter of the Hebrew alphabet is infused by the Spirit and breath of God and emits the Light of the Lord. Each letter reflects that in a unique manner. The dalet is all about transition. Identified by the Hebrew letter dalet, that makes 5784 a transitional year.

Dalet is embedded with the power and energy of God’s Spirit that moves those in tune with God’s Spirit from one state of being to another. It represents the dimension of God’s Spirit that moves us from where we are to where we need to be. Think of the dalet like crossing a threshold. One form of this Hebrew word is the English word for door.

What I am Perceiving in the Spirit

In November, (at the onset of Kislev) the Lord was showing me a connection between the release of insight in Kislev and something new beginning in Shevat. It wasn’t long after that, when I began to see something in the Spirit. It was a door of sorts, more like an opening. That opening was on a page of a monthly calendar. What I saw was around mid January. As I continued to see in the Spirit, I perceived that this opening/doorway coincided with the onset of the Hebrew month of Shevat, which begins January 11, 2024.

THE TRANSITION THRU THESE THREE CONNECTED MONTHS

The months move us along thru the year. Each Hebraic month conveys certain spiritual dynamics.

The 9th month, the month of Kislev, is a time to receive directional insight from the Lord, coming through dreams, visions and words. (Kislev is the month that just passed.)

Next is the current month, Tevet. Tevet the tenth month, will be a time of waiting on the Lord, as what was released by the Spirit in Kislev is processed. That processing will continue through the eleventh month, as further understanding is imparted.

Sometime in the month of Shevat a change of direction and new flow for the new season will begin.

Only a Piece of the Puzzle

The vision I saw in November (Kislev) has to do with something that is coming. The more I pondered and meditated on the vision, the more the Lord imparted to my understanding. What I am released to share at this time is that it is vital that we not make life impacting choices until we get the understanding we need. What we have now is only a piece to a bigger puzzle. Fuller understanding will come once we step thru the door, which will appear mid-January, once we have entered the month of Shevat.

KISLEV, TEVET THRU SHEVAT

We have just come through the month of Kislev. I was hoping to get this post out there before now. Sorry for the delay.

It is during the month of Kislev that the eight day Feast of Dedication (Hanukkah), also known as the Festival of Lights, begins. It is the only festival on the Hebrew calendar that stretches from one month into the next, Tevet. [Kislev 25 – Tevet 3] Hanukkah concluded this past Friday at sundown. (December 15, 2024)

Kislev comes from the Hebrew word for trust and security. It will be imperative to trust the Lord despite not knowing how things are going to pan out. While prophetic insight is always available, that doesn’t mean it eliminates our need to trust God, and lean not on our own understanding.

It takes trust and courage to follow God when we don’t know how things will turn out.

But blessed are those who trust in the LORD and have made the LORD their hope and confidence. – Jeremiah 17:7 NLT

What the Lord has been showing me

I can see a door of sorts opening in mid-January. This will be sometime in the month of Shevat. Shevat begins at sundown on Thursday, January 11, 2024. It will be once we enter the month of Shevat that we will experience something that will set a new course, the onset of a new prophetic season. This will be a shift of direction setting the course for the next five years.

As I mentioned earlier, I have been getting clearer understanding concerning this door I see opening in the month of Shevat. Shevat is associated with a time of new flow that isn’t evident on the surface as yet.

In 2019, I was taken into a spiritual experience in which the Lord showed me the current Hebraic century, the 5700’s. That experience was one in a series of visions, dreams, words and spiritual experiences that I now know fit together. Again, I have understanding now that I didn’t have earlier. Additionally, I have been getting further understanding which puts this current puzzle piece together with others I received over the past twenty some years.

In the meantime, I urge everyone to seek the Lord for wisdom and understanding to accompany His insight. It is vital that we follow His lead through the weeks and months ahead. There is something coming that is going to mean change in many lives. It will be important to wait on the Lord through the month of Tevet and into Shevat. Remaining in peace rather than giving into anxiety is key to hearing what the Spirit is saying. We need to be at rest in our trust of God. He has us in the palm of HIs hand. No matter the situation God is with us. He is leading us.

I pray the Lord give to each one, eyes to see, hears to hear, the peace of God which passes understanding and great grace to align and step into what God has designed for each individual.
