The ayin has been a dominant theme through the Hebrew decade 5770-5779. Like the operating system of a computer working in the background we are not always aware that it is running. There has been a specific work, like the specific application program, in which the Spirit of God has been working during this period of time. It is a focused work with a particular purpose. It is a work of Spirit of God which is being accomplishing in the body of Christ. It is the Spirit of God which works within the soul of man to renew and transform. Though this is the typical ongoing work of the Spirit, this is a specific work with a concerted effort which has dominated the past decade. I elaborate more on this in the book.
A fountain vs a blowing
During the ayin season there are those who have gone through the first phase of this process. Others will begin the process during the peh season. There will be a different aspect to the process because of the overarching characteristics of the decade but the process will be pretty much the same. One aspect of the ayin is that of a fountain, which indicates a flow. This is an aspect or characteristic of the how the Spirit of God has been working in this current ayin season.
The peh season has a different aspect to it that of the mouth, and blowing or breathing. The scriptures that correspond with the peh season are: Matthew 15:1-20; Matthew 12:34; Proverbs 16:23; Luke 6:45; Ephesians 4:29; James 3:2
Matthew 15:16b-18 Jesus asked them. “Don’t you see that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and then out of the body? But the things that come out of a person’s mouth come from the heart, and these defile them.
Proverbs 16:23 The heart of the wise man instructs his mouth and adds persuasiveness to his lips.
Luke 6:45 The good man brings good things out of the good treasure of his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil treasure of his heart. For out of the overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks.
The Word From the Lord
In a nutshell, the word has to do with a diminishing followed by a lifting up. The work of God through this process is for the purpose of transformation. The process is one of God dealing with and changing mindsets, paradigms, beliefs, doctrines and behavior. It is a work to bring the soul out of agreement with the things of this world and into agreement with the heart of God. There are areas in the soul, the mind, will and emotions, where we may not realize it but we may be in agreement with the ways of the world. We are probably no conscious of it. These are subconscious mindsets and are hidden from us. It takes a penetrating work of the Spirit to uncover, uproot and alter the latent, subliminal workings of the soul. That kind of deep work takes time. This isn’t a magical wave of God’s hand and poof, they’re gone. This is a deep work. It is a long involved process which God is doing among His people. It is a process which cannot be avoided. God is the one doing the work and He is the one who decides who is going the through the process and when.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Being Lifted Up After a Time of Diminishing
This process has two phases. Each phase is an ongoing process stretched out over the Hebraic decade. The first phase is one of diminishing. The second phase is one of being lifted up. The degree to which one heeds and complies with the first phase will have a direct consequence or effect upon the second phase. The second phase is conditional on the first. No one will avoid the first phase. To the degree that one has complied by allowing God to reshape, redirect and transform by the work of His Spirit during the first phase will directly effect what the lifting up will look like. This is a very personal word. The particular work in the inner man is not the same for everyone. It is highly personalized to the life and heart of that believer.
I believe the first phase of this word has come to pass for some folks. There are those God chose to go through the first part of this process during the ayin season. For many in the body of Christ they will be entering this process in the peh season which begins September 30, 2019 and ends September 9, 2029.
