Kingdom Advancement: The Five Year Bridge from 5784 to 5788

America and the next five years

The wind will be blowing on the U.S. flag.

In a recent post I wrote:

In 5785 we will see the breath of God blowing on the work to cause an acceleration to increase and expand…The United States absolutely has a mantle and calling from God to be a light to the nations. We, as a nation, have a mandate of heaven upon us to go forth from our shores with the gospel of the kingdom. But, we need to get our act together first.…In the Spirit, I am seeing the wind blowing on the U.S. flag. It’s a picture of the breath of God sweeping across the county. Whatever is resident within His breath we can expect change as a result.’ (Read the full article)

This is about Kingdom of God Advancement

I’m not talking about social reform. That may very well happen. However, kingdom advancement isn’t restricted to social reform. Our nation will be only be transformed as the kingdom of God expands and increases in both authority and dominion.

This is not political. This is spiritual. The wind (Spirit) of God is blowing upon our nation. That means there is going to be some shifts and changes. Again, my focus is not on what is going on politically right now. I can’t stress that enough. This is about what God is doing, and His eyes are on the United States Ekklesia.

We have already stepped into a very specific five year spiritual season. That season began at the onset of 5784.

The Five Year Plan – Hei Through Chet

5784-5788 A Five Year Bridge

Every Hebraic decade has an incredible bridge built into it. In the decade of peh it has a unique aspect, just as every decade is different from the others. Shabbat, Rosh Kodesh, and the annual Feasts of the Lord are all reoccurring cycles. It isn’t a hard stretch to see the repeating elements when you take a closer look at the calendar.

Each year on the Hebrew calendar is represented by a combination of Hebrew letters. Peh is the number 80. The Hebrew letter aleph serves as the number 1. We combine the letters peh and aleph and we get 81. . Peh + bet is 82, and so on.

Just as August through June mark the repeating months of a school year on our Gregorian calendar, Every year students return to school in the autumn and every spring the season is over. Yet, each season is unique on builds on the prior. The Hebraic civil calendar begins at Tishri 1, yet, Nissan through Adar mark the reoccurring months of the religious calendar (the cycle of the Feasts).

We progress through each year, and just as we all start in kindergarten, we don’t stay there. We may have to repeat the lessons if we haven’t fully grasped the information provided that year, but eventually one moves on to the next level. In a way, this reflects how the repetitive spiritual cycle of God’s redemptive plan is reflected in the cycle of the calendar.

With God, It’s Always About Redemption

God is always in the business of redemption and restoration. That is why Jesus came to earth and died on the cross. It was to redeem mankind back to God. Since the entirety of mankind didn’t live at that point in history it was necessary for that act to be an eternal act of redemption. For this to happen it had to be finalized in the spiritual realm.

For Christ did not enter a man-made copy of the true sanctuary, but He entered heaven itself, now to appear on our behalf in the presence of God. – Hebrews 9:24 BSB

Redemptive Cycles Repeat

God’s redemptive cycles are repeated in the same order year after year. Every year the same pattern repeats, yet with a slightly different nuance. That expression is seen in the Hebrew letters which represent that particular number. In the Hebrew year 5774 the 74 was represented by the Hebrew letters ayin and dalet. The letters ayin dalet actually spell a word. That word could be translated as until. Space won’t allow me to go into the ramifications of that extremely significant year. However, suffice to say that it was strategic in the realm of the Spirit. It was seeing (ayin) into the door (dalet) of UNTIL.

The door of until

This year, in the peh decade, that door looks very different than it did in 5774. 84 is written peh dalet. The Hebrew word padah is spelled peh dalet hei. Padah is the Hebrew word for ransom, redeem and rescue, to let go, deliver. It is the root word for the Hebrew word translated into English as: deliverance (pronounced: padone).

Walking through and into the Fullness of Deliverance

Progressing from dalet 4 to hei 5 and vov 6 will be the first crucial steps which will lead each individual believer toward full deliverance. This deliverance will happen in stages and depths.

It’s Personal

It is going to be absolutely necessary for each person to follow the instructions the Lord gives to them individually. Each path along this bridge is personalized. We won’t be able to look at someone else’s life and get our prompts from them. We also won’t be able to dictate to someone else how they should be walking this out. We are going to have to look solely to the Holy Spirit for our own personal guidance and direction.

I believe those who have been seeking deliverance and freedom from long standing bondages, addictions and curses operating in their lives will see the release that comes through deliverance (padah).

Season within a Season

According to Jewish thought, the juxtapositional order of the letters hei, vov and zayin, carries a warning message to the transgressor who does not take advantage of the doorway to repentance offered by the Lord through the hei.

When someone continually turns away, refusing repentance, the Great Shepherd implements His staff in an effort to bring correction. When the correction of vov is still rejected the transgressor is turned over to the sword (zayin).

Turning to God is simple

Prayer and Repentance

Prayer is honest straightforward talking to God. Repentance is not simply feeling remorseful. Being remorseful can lead us to repentance. Being remorseful is a feeling. Repentance is an action. It is the act of turning toward the Lord. It involves not only accepting Him as Savior but surrendering our lives to Him as LORD. We turn our lives over to Him by submitting to His will rather than going our own way.

A simple prayer might be something like: “Lord God, I have not walked in your ways. But I believe you died for my sins. I surrender to you. Please take up residence in my life. Lead me and guide me in the way that I should go.”

I prefer to not get too complicated with prayer. Our own words are best. Sometimes a simple, ‘God, help me’ works wonders.

Then Jesus told them this parable: “What man among you, if he has a hundred sheep and loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the pasture and go after the one that is lost, until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders, comes home, and calls together his friends and neighbors to tell them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my lost sheep!’ In the same way, I tell you that there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous ones who do not need to repent. ~ Luke 15:3-7

God Will Be On The Chase

This particular season will be one in which God will be pursuing His people with His relentless love. 5784, the dalet, is the entrance. It is the open door leading to the heart of God. For those who have come running to God in the past few years this will be a time of being enclosed and hedged in by the loving arms of the Lord. It will be a time of meeting with God in closeness while He works His miracle of transformation in our lives. For those who haven’t, it will be a time when the Lord will keep repeating the cycle of relentlessly pursuit, in an effort to bring them back to Him.

God patiently waits for individuals to repent and come to Him. He does not force His way upon people. Yet He is relentless in His love and will pursue us in His great love.

The Lord does not delay the promise, as some esteem slowness, but is patient toward you, not willing for any to perish, but all to come to repentance. – 2 Peter 3:9 BLB

Separation Unto Him

For those who identify themselves as believers, yet have been remiss to begin the process of separating themselves from the god of this world, this five year season will be a time when the Great Shepherd Himself will pursue them. This isn’t restricted to prodigals coming home. Although our loving Shepherd will be retrieving them as well. The Shepherd’s hook of the vov will be used to retrieve the people of God from the places they got stuck.

“What man among you, if he has a hundred sheep and loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the pasture and go after the one that is lost, until he finds it? – Luke 15:4 BSB

Zayin (7) is a flaming sword

If by the time we get to 5787 (zayin) and God’s relentless pursuits have still been insufficient to woo the heart of His people, the heat will turn up with the fire of zayin. The resistant ones will experience greater conflict while others will be experiencing the spiritual delight and empowerment which comes to those feeding in the pasture of the Lord.

A Bridge or a Tunnel

Both a bridge and a tunnel connect from one place to another. While a bridge is elevated it provides passage that carries us over. A tunnel takes us through. The bridge lifts us up. The tunnel gets us there, but can be very disorienting due to the darkness.

What I hear in my spirit is that this season will be like a bridge for some and like a tunnel for others. That goes with what I mentioned earlier about this season being very personal. The thing is, we don’t get to choose it. God chooses our path. We simply walk it. It is going to take faith regardless. Faith and trust in God, not in trust in our circumstances.

Sustained by ElShaddai – God Almighty

The good news is that we will get through whatever is around us. No matter the circumstances we will get to the other side. I’ve been asked what I think these circumstances might be. I have no clue. All I know is what God is telling me by His Spirit. And He is telling me that 5785 through 5788 will either be a bridge or a tunnel.

I believe those who respond to the Lord’s pursuit in 5784 will step onto a bridge that will lift them up and carry them from where they are to where they need to be. The bridge will be a boost up, that will carry that person like a ski lift over the rough terrain. It is bathed in light. It elevates so we can take in a broader scope. It gives one a better view. These will be those experiencing greater insight. That insight will impart peace, hope and joy that will strengthen and build that person up.

For those who have been resistant to the relentless pursuit of God, they will proceed through the tunnel. The tunnel is the path of God’s grace intended to bring them through the rough terrain. Like a train track that goes through the mountain, this path is enclosed. It’s a dark night of the soul kind of place. It will be personally designed to draw that individual closer to the Lord. The end result will be that they will emerge from the hardship and difficulty having been altered by the deep dealings of God.

Either way, over the mountain or through it, the path God has chosen for us will get us through.

Zechariah 4:6-7 will be a key for the next few years.

So he said to me, “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,” says the LORD of Hosts. “What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain. Then he will bring forth the capstone accompanied by shouts of ‘Grace, grace to it.'”

What does that mean for us as a nation?

That depends. Just as how we position ourselves before God as individuals will determine how we get through the challenges of the remaining five years of the peh decade, it will be the same for our nation. We will get through one way or another. We will either be carried over on a bridge or burrow through a dark tunnel.

Either way, The God of all grace will get us through.

Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.

Our mantle restored

We are a nation of people. If we willingly humble ourselves before God, turn away from evil ways , God will respond with an answer and restore our land. That restoration includes the commission of God upon us as a nation. It means the restoration of the mantle God bestowed on us at our nations birth.

It is going to take the humble repentance of us as the people of God. The mandate is for God’s people to pray and seek the face of God, and turn from OUR evil ways. We need to beseech heaven. We need to get individually right with the Lord. We need to turn back to Him in all of our ways. That means it starts with the people of God, those who call themselves Christians.

We have the power to affect our nation if we are willing to accept God’s ways as our ways.

That doesn’t mean we are supposed to conform to someone else’s idea of what Christianity might be. It doesn’t mean embracing a social gospel. It means seeking the face of God UNTIL He answers.

It doesn’t mean praying a political agenda. It doesn’t mean praying the issues. It means getting on our knees before God and returning to Him. It means coming out of agreement with the ways of the world. It means not allowing corporate America to dictate the Ekklesia of Christ. It means, even if we have to face adversity, we are willing to suffer for righteousness sake, not blowing up social media because we are offended about something.

It means we take our case to the heavenly court, not the supreme court. It means we understand that God’s throne is established in eternity and His kingdom rules over all. It means we get on our knees so we can stand in unity, not against our fellow Americans, but so we can stand united against the spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places. It means we are willing as Paul encouraged Timothy to:

Suffer hardship with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No soldier in active service entangles himself in the affairs of everyday life, so that he may please the one who enlisted him as a soldier. 1 Tim. 2:3-4

The course over next five years in the United States, will be determined by our influence with God not how many followers we have on social media. The course of history is determined by the people of God being in right standing with God.

Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people. ~ Proverbs 14:34

Our personal and national repentance through humility and prayer. will effectively result in the restoration of our land and reinstatement of the calling and mantle of God on us as a nation. We really do have the power to make our nation great again. It will take all of us who are called by the name of God to pray and seek His face, repent and turn toward Him.

But [on the other hand] the one who prophesies speaks to people for edification [to promote their spiritual growth] and [speaks words of] encouragement [to uphold and advise them concerning the matters of God] and [speaks words of] consolation [to compassionately comfort them]. ~ 1 Cor. 14.3 AMP
